Technical Information:

  • Thermally conductive silicone electrical isolation of transformer components
  • Fits TO-220, TO-3PF and TO-3PL type transistors
  • Soft Silicone (5 shore), 0.5 upto 5.0mm thick.
  • Supplied as sheets, foils, with / without adhesives and in different thickness levels.
  • Box shape caps for transistors
  • Sarcon die cut gaskets
  • Sarcon "sleeve"/"case" shape thermal extrusions
  • Sarcon Thin film profiles (rolls/sheets)
  • Enclosure Seals
  • Low thermal resistance down to 0.003 °Cin²/W
